Livraison

Tous les colis sont préparés et expédiés depuis la France. Si vous commandez après 12h, votre colis sera expédié le lendemain. Lors du lancement des Soldes ou Ventes Privées, il est possible que nous ne puissions pas respecter ce délai. Dans tous les cas, vous serez informé par email dès l’expédition de votre commande. Celui-ci comportera un numéro de suivi et le lien pour suivre l’acheminement de votre colis.

Retours & Echanges

S'il s'agit d'un article personnalisé ou avec un design à la demande, aucune rétractation ne pourra être acceptée.

Conformément à la loi en vigueur, vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours ouvrés à compter de la date de réception de vos articles (Durant la période de Noël, les délais de retours sont prolongés de 14 jours). Vous pouvez durant cette période obtenir le remboursement de vos articles par virement. Vous pouvez également procéder à un échange d’article(s). Pour ce faire il vous suffit de nous renvoyer (frais de retour à votre charge) les articles concernés.

Les articles doivent être retournés en bon état, complets, ni utilisés, ni abîmés ou pliés.

Si vous constatez une anomalie à la réception de votre commande (article défectueux ou erreur lors de la préparation de votre commande), les frais de retour et d’échange sont intégralement à notre charge. Nous vous ferons parvenir un remboursement équivalent au prix et au poids colissimo en vigueur sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors du paiement.
